Account

Head to the Register page, fill in your name, email, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and choose a username and password. Once submitted, you'll receive a one-time PIN on your mobile to verify the account. The whole process takes under two minutes. You must be at least 21 years old to register on 73JL.

On the Login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter the email address linked to your 73JL account and we'll send a password reset link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder just in case. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, contact support at support@73jl.best.

No. Each player is allowed one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of the 73JL Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being permanently closed and any remaining balance forfeited. If you've accidentally created a duplicate, contact support immediately so we can help you consolidate.

73JL requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. Upload a clear photo or scan of the front (and back if applicable) via the verification section in your account settings. KYC review is usually completed within 24 hours.

Contact the 73JL support team at support@73jl.best to request a contact detail update. For security reasons, changes to registered email and mobile number require identity verification. Please prepare a valid government-issued ID when making the request.

Deposits

Log in to your account, go to the Cashier or Deposit section, and choose your preferred method — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount, follow the prompts, and your deposit is usually credited within 5–15 minutes. All amounts are in Philippine Peso (₱).

Go to the Cashier section in your account, select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and submit the request. The minimum withdrawal on 73JL is ₱500. This applies to all methods including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers. The maximum single withdrawal amount may vary by payment method — check the Cashier section for current limits on your preferred method.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours once approved. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 1 business day. Withdrawal requests submitted during weekends or Philippine public holidays may experience slight delays. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived after 24 hours, please contact support with your request reference number.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: KYC verification not yet completed; active bonus wagering requirements not yet met; payment details that don't match the registered account name; or a pending security review. Bonuses & Promotions

New players on 73JL receive a welcome bonus credited automatically after their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are displayed on the promotions page and in your account dashboard.
